We offer free shipping on orders over $39. Stock up - it's totally worth it! A shipping credit will be applied to orders over $39 that do not qualify for free shipping due to location ($8.95 in the US and $9.95 in Canada). If you are not satisfied with your ReCORK purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of the original purchase for a return authorization. Products must be unused to obtain a return authorization.
Returns without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted by our shipping department.
Our products ship in eco-friendly packaging so they arrive on your doorstep safe and with minimal carbon footprint. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We are happy to set up a return or exchange for any unused product.
We stand behind the quality and performance of every product, as well as the personal satisfaction of our customers. ReCORK offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. Faulty product validated under the warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of ReCORK. ReCORK will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of returning a product.
